# set_file_lifecycle_status

Set the lifecycle status of files, for example to send generated art for review ('In Review') or  
mark it final ('Approved'), or clear it. Any status can follow any other.

Call list\_file\_lifecycle\_statuses first for the status ids. Every file must be in the workspace, and  
it needs permission to edit assets there.

## Parameters

| status\_idrequired    | string (uuid)     | —       | The status to set, from list\_file\_lifecycle\_statuses. Null clears the files' status. |
