Topaz Labs’ SDR to HDR expands standard-dynamic-range footage into 10-bit HDR, delivering H265 HDR10 in an MP4. Resolution and frame rate are kept from the source, at 1080p or 4K. Best as a mastering step on finished footage — it is the priciest of the Topaz video tools by a wide margin.
