New in v2. This endpoint has no v1 equivalent.

A Server-Sent Events stream of every object added to, changed in, or removed from the session, starting from when the stream opens. Each message is an object event whose data is a JSON SessionEvent. A generation’s outputs arrive here as created and then updated events as each file finishes processing, whoever started it: this client, the web app, a teammate, or the agent.

The stream sends an SSE comment every 15 seconds while it is otherwise idle, so a proxy does not close it. Nothing is replayed on reconnect: a client that was away should re-read whatever it shows, then reopen the stream.
