get_forge_instructions

Get the guide for generating with a single model (execute_forge, get_forge_run, estimate_forge_price,
cancel_inference). Read-only: returns text and runs nothing.
Call this before generating. Covers the full generation lifecycle, guidance files, polling, and limits.
IMPORTANT: Call tool `get_instructions` first for general platform guidance.

This tool takes no parameters.
