cancel_inference
Request cancellation of an in-flight inference launched with execute_forge.
Fire-and-forget: returns immediately after signaling the run to stop; poll get_forge_run for the
eventual CANCELLED status. A run that already COMPLETED can no longer be canceled and errors with
INFERENCE_ALREADY_COMPLETE; the other terminal states are idempotent no-ops.
Pass the `inference_id` that execute_forge returned.
