💡 We get a lot of recruitment related inbound emails; CVs, emails, agencies or outsourcing companies offering their services. We want to let you know exactly how it is you go about working with us if you a recruitment agency or outsourcing service.

Do we work with recruitment agencies?

🫂 We do sometimes work with recruitment agencies however, our brilliant Talent Team aims to manage as much recruitment directly as possible. When we do work with trusted partners we consider their work a core part of our team’s success!

ℹ️ However, we do have a preferred supplier list which we are not currently looking to expand.

❌ Please do not reach out directly to our hiring teams. If you are found to be directly ‘cold calling’ or spamming our hiring teams, your email domain will, unfortunately, need to be blocked from our server.

⚠️ We do not accept unsolicited CVs. CVs sent to us without agreed terms will be deemed as property of Layer.

Do we work with outsourcing agencies?

⚠️  We do not (and will very likely never) work with outsourcing/offshore engineering teams.
