How can I upgrade my Layer plan?
Upgrading your Layer plan is easy. Once you create a free Layer account you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time via Workspace Settings > Plans.
Can I switch back to a Free plan?
You can modify your Layer plan at any time on your Plans page. However, you’d no longer be able to generate using your custom trained styles
How many members can I have on each plan?
Our Free and Pro plans are designed for single users. Studio and Enterprise are designed for teams, with each active member counting as a paid seat (except the billling admin role). You can add an unlimited amount of people on any Studio or Enterprise plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your plan anytime via Workspace Settings > Billing > Cancel.
Can I still use Layer after I’ve cancelled a subscription?
Absolutely. All generated asset files and your account history is accessible on the account. However, depending on your plan, you would lose access to some features.
How does billing work?
On Free and Pro and Studio you’re billed directly, and you can pay via Stripe on the app.On Enterprise, your Layer account manager would work with your finance team and help with billing & invoicing for the entire team.
Can I get more generations on a Free or Pro account?
If you’ve reached your cap on generations, the best way to access more is to upgrade to a Studio or Enterprise account depending on what you need.
